Interoperability to iZotope RX 9

  • [Tau Compressor Plus] Plugin now can be bypassed by clicking VU meter area.
• Improvements
  • [Tau Compressor Plus] Change operation of “Mode” parameter from dragging to clicking.
  • [tranQuilizr] Add a workaround to fix unexpected move of EQ points while user is dragging it in Cubase 10.0.x or earlier.
  • [All Plugins] During user operation, plugins now ignore parameter value update from hosts. This change mitigates random parameter change which appears in some hosts.

Currency migration from USD to JPY

2021-10-20

A.O.M. will migrate its products’ curreny from USD to JPY on 1 November 2021. From the migration date, all products’ prices are calculated by converting from JPY master price. Actual price change would be negilible.

We keep our policy avoiding discounting promotions.

    • Sakura Dither / Depth

  • [tranQuilizr] Shelving band was displayed as peaking in graph area – fixed. This bug is about only curve display, thus it does not affect signal processing at all. This bug was introduced in version 1.11.5.

Bugfixes

• [Sakura Dither, VST3] In WaveLab, DDP export takes extremely long time where all of following conditions are met: Sakura Dither is inserted into final effects / dithering section; Resampler plugin is inserted; Sampling frequency of audio montage is not 44100Hz. This bug is a side effect of the workaround for Digital Performer’s plugin scanner, which is introduced in version 1.11.6. – fixed.

• [Nu Compressor] Quasi peak program meter of reduction amount has been added. Integration time is 3 msec.

Interoperability to Digital Performer 11

We have tested A.O.M. Audio Plugins 1.11.6 with Digital Performer 11 (VST2 / Audio Unit formats only). No interoperability problem was found so far.

As for VST3 support of Digital Performer, since there remain many known issues which plugins can not handle, we still recommend to avoid using VST3 plugins in Digital Performer.

• [VST2] Add a workaround against the behavior of Digital Performer’s plugins scanner.

Bug Fixes

• [tranQuilizr] Analyzer update frequency was affected by user operation. This bug was introduced in v1.11.5. – fixed.
• [Stereo Imager D] Unexpected phase meter display under very high sampling rate (192kHz or upper). – fixed.
• [VST2, VST3] Automation lane was unexpectedly deactivated during playback in Ableton Live. This bug was introduced in v1.11.3. – fixed.

End of Support Announcement for OS X 10.11 El Capitan

A.O.M. will terminate development and support for OS X 10.11 El Capitan on September 30 2021.

• After the EoS date, new installers are no longer provided for El Capitan.
• On the EoS date, related support tickets will be closed.
• Older installers (unsupported) wiil be kept available in legacy installers page.

• [Cyclic Panner] Text input of panpot parameter was not properly interpreted. This bug was introduced in version 1.11.3. – fixed.
