Refund Policy
1. Definitions
For the purposes of this Refund Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below: “Licensee” refers to the individual or entity purchasing a license to use the software products provided by A.O.M. Corporation. “Licensor” refers to A.O.M. Corporation. “License Email” refers to the email sent by the Licensor containing the license key(s) for activating the software product(s). “Licensed Products” refers to the software products developed and owned by the Licensor, as listed in the software license agreement or the corresponding annex.
2. Refund Period
Refunds shall be available to the Licensee prior to the transmission of the License Email from the Licensor’s server. Once the License Email has been sent, refunds are generally not available, except under the specific circumstances outlined in Section 3 of this Policy.
3. Grounds for Refunds
Refunds shall only be granted under the following conditions:
- Refunds shall not be granted based on dissatisfaction with software performance. The Licensee has the opportunity to evaluate all features and compatibility of the Licensed Products through the trial version prior to purchase.
- Refunds shall not be granted for accidental purchases or for licenses that remain unused after purchase.
- Refunds shall not be granted for incorrect purchases. However, if the Licensee mistakenly purchases a product different from the one they intended to buy, and the Licensee wishes to switch to the correct product, a refund may be issued, provided the Licensee contacts the Licensor within seventy-two (72) hours of the purchase.
- Refunds may be granted in cases where the Licensee has purchased extension or upgrade licenses and it is determined that the Licensee does not meet the prerequisites for those licenses.
4. License Email Issues
If the Licensee does not receive the License Email after purchase, they may request a resend of the License Email through the designated online form or by contacting the helpdesk at helpdesk@aom-factory.jp.
5. Refund Method
Refunds, when approved, shall be processed using the same payment method used at the time of the original purchase.
