  • Your OS type and version (e.g. Windows 7 Pro 64bit, Mac OS X 10.10, etc.)
  • Your DAW type and version (e.g. ProTools 11, Live 9 32bit, etc.)
  • A.O.M. Plugin format and version which you're using (e.g. VST 32bit version 1.7.3)
  • Problem description: which step you are trying, what you expected, what you got actually

Support staff can communicate in English or Japanese.

Please do not email us from GMX Mail. Their email servers are very troublesome for receiving emails, so you may not be able to receive any response from helpdesk.

Updating from version 1.3.x

All plug-ins in version 1.4.0 or later need license files to work. We provide perpetual license for customers who had purchased 1.3.x versions of our plug-ins. Please request upgrade to helpdesk with e-mail address you used in purchasing.
